Good hotel terrible WiFi The staff was efficient and courteous on check-in. The room was clean and roomy and a great value. The only MAJOR issue was the WiFi, extremely slow and never could keep a connection. In this day and age WiFi needs to be fast, free and almost flawless.

Find someplace else The kitchen floor was dirty and the drawers and counter were sticky. The toilet didn't work properly. At one point it wouldn't flush. The pull out couch was not comfortable at all. We ended up folding it back and just sleeping on it in its regular state. The area was nice which leads you to believe that the hotel would be clean and up to date. I will not stay there again.

Sufficient for the need The hotel was easy to find and close to food and shopping. However the sign says non smoking facility but there was always a clear smell of smoke in the elevator and halls. The AC was in the kitchen part of the room which made the sleeping area not very comfortable. It was fine for what we needed it for but would not plan to stay for a long time

Dirty Room We get there late that night and after a 6 hour drive. We shower and went to bed. The next morning when we get up, we notice two stockings in the bed sheets. which did not belong to us. We also found an old black sock under the other bed. The refrigerator was not clean out it had old food. Please see photos attached.

One night stay The room was nice and large, clean. The bed was comfortable. I didn't like that the closet just had a drape over it, but that wasn't really an issue. Overall, a good value for the price

The whole hotel smelled of smoke The whole hotel was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but everywhere we went, it smelled of smoke. Thank God our room didn't. But every hall we walked down, it did. We stayed on the 3rd floor and that whole floor smelled as well. It was terrible!! Also, the room description states that it slept 4 with a queen bed and a pull out couch. When we got there we discovered the couch was a loveseat so the bed was a little larger than a twin. An adult and a child were not able to fit on the bed. Whe... read more
