Nice front desk people- but bathroom was missing items, phone wasn't working, closet was broken.

Room had lots of wear and minor damage. Floors were dirty and countertop had not been cleaned throughly.

Hotel was on-par with other Extended Stays for the most part. Front desk staff was not overly cordial or proactive, but it seems that they had been dealing with difficult costumers just prior to arrival. Also, no coffee pots, pots or pans were available for the kitchen in the room.
