The staff and management are extremely friendly and professional. My room and the property at Extended Stay Westage in Fishkill is always clean and comfortable.

Bed was comfy, towels fluffy and good heat. we had refridgerator which we needed for our food. BUT no coffee machine or coffee packets in room. the advertised Grab and Go breakfast was only coffee amd packaged granola bars near entrance. Disappointing.

I called ahead to add my second guess name to my reservation the front desk staff told me it was done. But when checking the date came it was not done. This took up so much time and made us late for the wedding that we came to town for.

No frills... comfortable... I'm sorry to say that I did have a few complaints about my room. I understand that this is a no frills hotel but the room was only half clean. We had no bath towels or shampoo. The table was dirty and I had to ask the front desk to come in and clean it. The dresser was covered with dust. Although the staff was helpful and friendly, I wish the room was fully clean, especially for the rate that I paid just to stay there for one night. Other than that it was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Door hydraulic fell off and it was difficult to get in room. The key card kept needing to be swiped by front desk because it quit working. Had a weird smell in room. But bed were comfortable
