First room given us smelled. Second room was O.K. They don't clean the rooms each day. Had to ask for more towels after a couple of days. No lobby. Breakfast was coffee, packets of oatmeal, and cake style muffins. Supposed to be a suite with a kitchen, but no stove. Silverware only provided on special request.

Quick layover! My stay at this hotel was okay for the price. The smell of cigarettes through out the hallway was overwhelming. The odour in the room was horrible but bearable. The staff was friendly.

Awful. Management useless. Undesirables everywhere. No breakfast, but stated there was.

Smelled like a wet dog. very dirty other guests in the halls talking on phone , guest next door had very loud music playing.

Our hotel for West Point USMA event Had booked two rooms for two nights. Part of group got there early, and they couldn't find the reservation. So they those guests paid for another room since it was getting late. After they ran their card for reservation, front desk clerk found the original but told them they would be charged a cancellation fee for the blunder that your staff had just made. It was ok. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke and our room had a weird smell. I would have asked to change rooms, but when we got there they were full.

Room odor The room had a very bad smell that seemed to come from the kitchen sink. There were no kitchen supplies in the room. I had to go to the front desk to get plates and other items which I thought would have been in the room upon our arrival.
