Close to the trash of society I can't fault this hotel when it comes to the room St this pricepoint. The room was no smoking but was obviously a smoking room in the past. The room was clean with the minor wear and tear you would find in a place a few years old. For example the edges of the bathroom mirror was losing its silver backing, minor rust on steel door jambs, and minor water damage near bathtub base. Good for a traveling bussness stay over I was dissapopinted that there was no pool and parking just seemed to be so far from rooms. room was clean but not upper quality ammenities did have a small nicely equipt kitchen and iron with ironing board. perfect for a bussness traveler but no pool for down time.

Business only It was a good deal and room for business travel. Room was not spotless but not unexpected for the rate.

MY SECOND HOME I travel to Ft. Lauderdale often. The extended Stay is my home away from home. From the always pleasant staff, to the outstanding WiFi connection I always have a pleasant and comfortable stay. Each room is being individually renovated. This trip I had the pleasure of staying in one of the recently renovated rooms. I'd tell you the room number, but I plan to ask for the same room on my next trip.

Comfortable place. poor serviceI reserved I reserved a king size non-smoking and ended up in a double bed non smoking room on the 3rd floor. The beds are ok but was disappointed with the service. They werent even inclned to try and solve matters. If you are a light sleeper then this isnt the place. The surrounding traffic can be a llittle loud.

hard to find, limited parking but immaculate room Better off coming from exit 32 vs 33. There is a 7 eleven right across the street. 95 with no sound barrier is on the back side of the hotel. Hotel also no longer has membership with fitness club either. That and the parking are the only minor bad things.
