Nothing about the room we had looked like the photo. Room had dirty carpet, I would not let anything touch the floor. I had to clean the handle on the fridge with my make-up wipe to put in the the refrigerables that we were traveling with. It was non-refundable by the time we checked in so I toughed it out to build up my immunities. Will never stay in an Extended Stay America Suite again, no matter where it is located. Without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was old, broken and dirty. The door had a one inch gap at the bottom, the AC unit sound like a jet engine going on all night, the fridge compressor would not turn off, the mattress was lumpy and old, the white sheets and white towels were badly off white. I could go on but that says enough…never again!

Property was decrepit. Carpet was stained. Countertops were stained. Microwave was stained. Refrigerator was stained. Bathtub was stained. Heat didn't work and room was cold. Blankets were thin. No extra pillows. No plates, silverware, or glasses provided in the kitchen. I could go on, but you get the idea. Had to wait outside to check in, lobby was locked with no signs on a door. Staff was friendly. Room was ran down, broken furniture, room smelled like a cat urine so bad, seems like a male cat was spraying it for a while. Windows are not sound proof, woke up all night from a traffic sound. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve had for 270$.

Our service rep (Anslet) was AMAZING! HOWEVER, there was limited to NO parking, No breakfast (only muffins and coffee), no pool, the toilet overflowed (was clogged) and had to fix it ourselves. There was no maintenance personnel on site. The tub and the sink was also clogged. The furniture was extremely old and damaged. The frame on the mirror in the bathroom was falling apart.

Waiting a long time for the room very late at night. No facilities to make a drink. No breakfast we paid for Room seemed very old and smelly.
