Condition of the room, they need to spray for critters and treat the mold. Also, when requesting for non-smoking rooms. I should not be smelling cigarettes in the room.

The room and order was not good, it smelled of cigarettes and musk and also there was mold in the bathroom as well as the 1st room that was given to me. Overall, not a bad stay for the few days there.

My room was very clean and comfortable.
The front desk gentleman was exceptionally courteous and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in experience, providing outstanding customer service that truly made me feel welcome and valued as a guest.

Cleanliness
I didn’t like having to move to another room because the carpet needed to be removed. I am a senior citizen, so it was not easy to go back and forth emptying my room. There was mold in the bathroom tiles, but I took care of that. All in all, I am satisfied with ESA and will always book my rooms with this facility.
