Felt like there was bedbugs and front desk wasn't helpfuk

I didn’t like anything.. Definitely will not be staying at this hotel/motel again. I saw a roach in the bathroom. I definitely wasn’t feeling that.. I was visiting from Out of town. I had free breakfast but I did not know where to get the breakfast. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone!

When I tried to check in there was another guest arguing with the front desk clerk. The guest was upset about a refund and when told she would have to wait, she threatened to burn the place down. I immediately gathered my things and walked to another hotel down the street. I also overheard another guess complain about bugs. This property should be shut down... period! Very misleading description on the website. Horrible!!!

This is the worse hotel I have ever went to in my life of travelling and vacationing. When I arrived, the first room I went to, it was not clean and looked as if someone just got out of the bed, room 210. The second room the receptionist gave me, room 119, the odor was so bad in there, and it was so dusty and dirty. TV was on in the room, bad cable connection with lines going across the screen. Nothing in room. No ice mahine. No coffee pots. Has small kitchen but no supplies

Ft Lauderdale Our 1st room smelled of smoke, we were switched to a new room that had a clogged bathroom drain and a missing light. I was told several times that both would be fixed/replaced, however nothing was done.

Nothing was unique or positive. Room was dirty, an night staff was horrible. Very unprofessional
