I didn’t appreciate the plumbing issues no showering

Not clean the room in 3 days i stay there and i see the house keeper in tha morning of next day asked her to change tools clothes of bed she answer me ok when i return in the evening i find my room still dirty and not change in it

Terrible 2 nights My key for the room was not working when I went back I couldn't find nobody to help me I was waiting for in hour for somebody to come back and help me when I got to the Room no shower curtain so I stayed for 2 nights without shower curtain I made a complaint to the front desk they told me that someone gonna come fix the issue they never came to put a shower curtain in the bathroom and the curtain in the Rome was falling apart it was a terrible experience and I go there all the time I had just got off work a... read more

Check in staff was wonderful. Room was filthy. No security. People knocking on my door at midnite. For kicks. Walking around /hanging around my room. Did not feel safe at all. And I'm from Nyc. Then when the sleepless night was over the landscaping began bright and early. Did not get any sleep at all. Didn't want to touch anything in the room because everything was sticky. Arrived at hotel front desk and saw a sign that the attendant we to check some rooms. Waited for attendant to return from checking the rooms only to find out that she the list of rooms she was suppose to be checking. So she had to send the security to check our room to make sure it was cleaned before we got our keys which means we had to continue waiting. Finally got our room only to discover that it smelled stink of cigarett smoke, two of the four lights didnt have any bulbs, shower drizzled, sink clogged and we only had 1 ... read more
