Room smell, dirty, hotel staff have no customer service, are rude, show no courtesy

Nasty place. It was not a good experience. The place smelled molded. There were roaches. There was nothing to cook with or to eat with. If I had not seen and killed roaches my review would have been better.

Roaches were everywhere. Bad experience want stay there again

Did not like the hotel at all. There were no blankets on the bed and when I called for one, I was told that they are being washed. I think if you have reservations, at least the rooms should be ready for when get there.

The front desk agent was less than thrilled to be checking us in and not helpful at all in giving directions to somewhere to eat or a place to buy groceries. The rooms were filthy - there were name tags stuck to the wall from a former guest, only one pillow on the bed and bugs were everywhere (not ones expected to see in Florida, rather the type that come from uncleanliness. The room I was assigned was not made I had to go back and be assigned another room.I only had sheets on my bed I was freezing all night . Sometimes no one at the desk.
