It wasn’t pleasing to me,There were normal towels in the room no soap a new blanket

The "breakfast" consisted of granola bars, prepackaged muffins, and coffee. The room had an odor. The bathtub was dirty and the shower grout had mold. I decided to check out early when I discovered pubic hair (that I'm 100% sure was not mine) in my wash cloth. That took the cake for me! The manager did offer a refund which I'm grateful for but it was inconvenient to have to switch hotels.

There was roaches in the room. It was too late to check

Had to change room twice because of some amenities not operational or missing. I asked for a non-smoking room but as soon as I entered the room I could smell the strong scent of cigarettes. Secondly, the toilet was broken in the second room after complaining about the first and the TV didn’t work either. There was way too much noise on the outside as well as carpets smell moldy.

I stayed at this place because I had a meeting next day morning so I saw the price versus reviews it was ok and I picked it up. When I got to the lobby, the lady who attended me was I guess tired she made me go back and forth from the room upstairs three times because the key was not working. After that she opened the door herself, and she said she was coming back with the keys. But I'm still waiting for her. Ok, just getting a dirty room when i get there just change my whole mood on the that place
