Poor customer service the lady at the front desk look frustrated and don’t want to be at work I stay at the desk for 5 minutes still she come she didn’t say hi or hello Room smells like smoke and fridge was dirty I left cause I didn’t have the time to waste for complaining

The room that i stay in smell like smoke and the carpet could do with a deep clean. The door of the main room need to be clean .

The employees at the front desk seemed very nice and helpful, but if not for ..No clean sheets, broken equipment(tv) the finish in the bath tub was falling off and the room smelled bad, it would have been ok. I understand it’s an extended stay but the pictures on the website only look correct from the outside. Landscaping was great. I have even seen worse rooms but management needs to replace a lot of things. Some stains just won’t come out. Overall I would say my stay was a 2 out of 10.

Our stay was horrible. Woke up with roaches and centipeds crawling over all our personal property. No TV in the room. No trashcan in the bathroom. A mist for pressure coming out of the shower head for a shower. Sink wouldnt drain. Toliet barely flushed. Guess we should be happy there were towels... Breakfast bar consists of an oatmeal packet you to into the hotwater they have there for tea/coffee. Terrible. Very dis-sastified.
