The room had a full kitchen so we ordered food from a local restaurant and picked it up. Once we were trying to eat dinner, we realized the kitchen was completely empty- no steak knives, cups, paper towels or anything at all in it.

Not nice at all! This is a place for out of town workers. Not clean at all. Run down. No ice anywhere in the building.

I arrived at 2:55 for a 3:00 check-in on 2/13/2026 to set up the room with Valentine flowers and ballons for my fiancé's arrival at 4:00, but unfortunately, the room as not ready. (?) The lady at the counter (who was pleasant enough) said the room would need a few more minutes. I waited till 3:20 and went back in, once again, the room was not ready????!!!! Extended stay said I could extend my stay before 11am…. Arrived back at 12:45 and they had reserved my room for “another” customer…very very inconsistent communications - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - besides my wife and I were greeted with a poignant pungent smell upon getting into the room. The room was not cleaned either and was very unsanitary
