For me... it was alot of cats, than im comfortable with. Couldnt tell who were the strays... just alot of cats.

The tv didn’t work. The stairwell had a strange smell. The employee was nice

First I was told by Reggie we could cancel and was not in the system due to a family emergency and we was still charged. So definitely will not be ising your brand of hotels again. My family member passed away and had to deal with that and now I am out 80 dollars when I was told on phone at 7:11pm that we was not even in system by Reggie.

Horrible .. grass overgrown..

Holes in curtains room wasn’t cleaned towels dirty and smells bad

Jill the GM at this location during this time was very rude, clearly doesn’t belong in costumer service, and she needs to reevaluate her position.
