Room needed repair-no drain plugs in sinks or tub, bathroom sink & vanity stained & gross needs to be replaced as no amount of cleaning will improve it, tub faucet not secure on wall & shower spout would not go down, much of baseboard not attached to wall, floors were not clean, toilet seat very loose. Breakfast was coffee, tea, a few pre-packaged muffins & granola bars, instant oatmeal with no milk that was on a small credenza at the front door across from customer service counter. That’s all. Not nice at all! This is a place for out of town workers. Not clean at all. Run down. No ice anywhere in the building.

I arrived at 2:55 for a 3:00 check-in on 2/13/2026 to set up the room with Valentine flowers and ballons for my fiancé's arrival at 4:00, but unfortunately, the room as not ready. (?) The lady at the counter (who was pleasant enough) said the room would need a few more minutes. I waited till 3:20 and went back in, once again, the room was not ready????!!!! Window in room didnt close had no shower curtain and shower sprayed all over it was old shower head

Extended stay said I could extend my stay before 11am…. Arrived back at 12:45 and they had reserved my room for “another” customer…very very inconsistent communications - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - besides my wife and I were greeted with a poignant pungent smell upon getting into the room. The room was not cleaned either and was very unsanitary

The first room that was given to me smelled really bad like pts and smoke had pizza on the bottom of the night stand and a cheeseburger in the refrigerator th second room bathroom so and tub had hair in them the tub had a ring around it unfortunately the location was the only positive thing that was good. After my room was already paid for and not refundable I was told to pay 100.00 deposit
