Pictures are definitely not updated and hotel is ran down. My room was infested with roaches walls were in horrible shape as if animals lived there and would scratch and chew on base boards. The whole hotel and room had a horrible smoke and mold smell. This hotel needs better management and needs to take down the pics that’s false advertisement. Very disappointed and disgusted with this hotel.

The room that I was placed in was horrendous. There were chunks missing out of the walls. It looked like an animal clawed at them down to the dry wall. Also before I could get my and my child situated. There were roaches everywhere! This place wasn’t as it was advertised. Didn’t clean the room before I arrived and didn’t clean the room at all during my stay. I think because they know most people who choose this place are desperate they don’t put in any effort to make it habitable.

The bed was horrible I felt every spring in that mattress the staff was wonderful but there was roaches

I was told i would receive a refund , after seeing roaches crawling i ask for a refund. I have not received that refund. There was also no blanket. And very little tiolet paper. Also no communication from the hotel.

4-6 Nov 2025 - I have stayed at this location several times in the past, but this time there was no chair at the room desk, had to request a chair, the toilet would fill after flushing, but water continued to slowly fill wasting water, the sink had no stopper and I fished a toothpaste cap out of the open drain. Reported to the desk but not fixed in 3 days. NO ROOMS after making a reservation on this site. I made a reservation with Hotels.com and upon arriving within 45 minutes, was told they were FULLY BOOKED and I was turned away without any options other than NO ROOMS from the Hotel when I arrived at the counter. When I booked on Hotels.com interface showed the hotel had 5 rooms of the type I requested and 8 of a different kind of room, but Customer service at the Hotel had to call the hotel, but they never answered, so I was in limbo.... Leaks were everywhere, carpet in the halls looked like they have not been vacuumed in weeks. Elevator was absolutely disgusting. TV did not work, front desk lady was nice but she could not do anything to help. I checked out as soon as I could get dressed. This place is more like a shelter.
