There were bodily fluids on the towels. There was bodily fluids, and hair on the towels. The matress was all springs, with no cushion.

Didn't get the non-smoking room we requested, did get a call we could move, but were out all day and unable to do it when they called.

Crap Food crumbs everywhere in the hallway. Rooms stunk and i believe they are running prostitutes out of there. My wife and i have never stayed at a craphole like that.

Nice staff Samantha and neil were very nice and very professional and informative the hotel was. Older than. I anticipated but t hey were wonderful

Don't stay here... This hotel was terrible. The check-in process took forever, the luggage carts were broken, the TV barely worked and they claim to be suites, etc, but they include no silverware, glasses, nothing! I will never stay at this chain again. It's my 3rd bad experience, so they're out!

Pretty Bad Everything was dirty. The AC and bathroom fan were so loud I couldn't hear my phone. Although a nonsmoking room, the smell of smoke was so strong it woke me up at night. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Employee needs training One employee could not find reservation but other employee could.

Good location... The hotel is in a great location, we got a good price on the room, and the hotel staff was friendly. That's all I can say that was good about our experience. The hallways stunk of smoke and dampness, the bathroom was not clean, and they don't give shampoo in the bathrooms (only a body soap and a face soap). The breakfast was "grab and go" which translates a cup of coffee and a muffin. If we had been staying more than one night we would have found a different hotel.
