Bathroom really gross! I don't usually post bad review, unless really deserved. I am taking the fairly reasonable price of this hotel into account, but it's pretty gross. Upon entering the room, saw that there were hairs on the toilet and sink, (not a lot but enough) and a cockroach on bathroom floor. The bed seemed really small for a "queen" and both my wife and I thought it was a double. The dresser drawers was beat up and looked like it should have been thrown out years ago. Stay Away The staff is the rudest bunch of people ever. The place is dirty and smells awful. Judging by some of the people staying there it is some kind of shelter. After checking out they charged my credit card $265.00 for smoking in my room. I've never smoked in my life. Maybe if their hotel smelled better they would know the difference. When I called to complain the woman who answered the phone was rude. She was offended that I was angry about having my money stolen. AVERAGE? Cramped; not very comfortable for big people. Wouldn't recommend for families with kids, either. No closets in my room, no vents in bathroom, door to bath opened into the kitchen...? Ask for extra pillows and hold your breath in the elevator (there is only one).

Very displeased I found a roach in the bathroom. My daughter found a bed bug in the bed on the cover. And to top it off the charged me twice.

I booked a room on Saturday night and when we got up to our room our door was open the sheets had blood stains on one of the beds and the next day we left we had bites all over our body so never again will I come back to this hotel this room was dirty.

Convenient location Very nice staff but rough crowd staying there. Not very comfortable coming and going.
