Reservations They didn’t tell us we needed a deposit and they canceled our reservation with out our knowledge. When we tried to get it back they told us they were booked. They had bad attitudes. They need to be talk to about how they talk to people.

Unhappy I booked for 2 days and then cancelled after the first night. I was itchy all night on a uncomfortable mattress. I felt a bug crawl on my foot. I went across the street to la Quinta and it was wonderful for around the same price

Roaches They have roaches....need I say more? It was disgusting and it's disgusting of them to expect a person to pay to stay in a room with roaches. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was informed that even though they have kitchens in the room they don't stock any dishes because people steal them. Nice....they think I'm a thief that wants to steal dishes from their roach infested rooms. Never again will I stay there. Mildew on sheets. Mold on walls. My mom broke out Rooms not cleaned daily. Towels and bed sheets have mildew on them. Will never stay at another extended stay

No breakfast I went to breakfast bar at 7 am and I was handed out a breakfast bar. No hot water for chocolate. Coffee tasted old.
