Staff is not trained. I checked in after midnight and the front desk clerk told me he could not check me in, 40 minutes later after calling his manager I got my room key. When checking out the day shift clerk tried to charge the room to my card even though I had booked and payed for the room through Expedia.

Not What I expected I was disappointed. Bathroom had mold under sink rim and tub surround. Queen beds were more like double beds. Good thing I was given a room with two beds rather than the one queen that I booked. Hubby slept in one and I in the other. I expected an extended stay to have basic dishes but I didn't even get cups in the room. Grab and go breakfast was a joke. Won't stay again.

Bathroom was not clean, beds were very hard, there is no maid service, and hotel staff was not very helpful.

disappointed customer When I booked the room I wasn't told I had to pay 100.00 at checkin since I was paying with cash. Than my sister was going to pay with card and machine wasn't working. We than was asked if we could leave the number of card and come back later. So we did that and went to our appt. While at appt I get a call that they put us in the wrong room and they wanted to go in and move our things. We had to leave and come change rooms because I was not going to let them move our stuff. NEVER AGAIN... We arrived at the hotel and at check in I wasn't given the room which I had requested.The beds were very uncomfortable. The room was frozen. They charged me $157.50, with no reason, and I have yet to see a credit on my card, and to top it off they charged me $50.00, for a pet which I had with me at check in. If they would have told me about the pet fee from the beginning, I wouldn't have minded, but at check out I find out they have 2 charges on my card, one charge no one knows why and the second charge they c... read more

Manager: The big bad wolf The manager and employee lacked communication, so she made my husband and I leave the hotel earlier than we requested and get only excuse was that she is the manager. I requested late check out, she called me 30 minutes before check out time and said well the receptionist is supposed to communicate with her on late check outs. Dirty room We were given a room that had not been cleaned from the prior guest and there was beer bottles all over the room. There was only one person working that night (he was really nice) so we had to wait 45 minutes to get a clean room. The front desk left a note for the manager of the hotel to call us about our experience but he never did.
