Terrible customer service! Front desk attendant waited over 8minutes to even address my presence while on a phone call. Room tv remote didn't have batteries, called down to front desk and was told to come down to front desk. Once at the front desk the attendant said she didn't know where the batteries were kept all while still on a phone call! I could go on but just complete waste of time. I would not recommend to anyone!

Mismanaged This hotel had several problems. They have a management problem. I was unable to gain entry to the first room they gave me. The deposit I got back was mostly fives and tens. I was really looking forward to a continental breakfast but all they had to offer was instant oatmeal packets and granola bars and no coffee because the machine was broken. Very disappointed.

Rude staff, no housekeeping, weirdos on property The hotel itself was in decent condition. I was there ten nights and housekeeping never made the bed or brought fresh towels. The male employees were friendly and professional, however the female employees were unhelpful to the point of being rude. For example, I was filling up my coffee and about to get a granola bar (the only breakfast items they had), when the employee picked up the granola bar basket and put it away right at the close of breakfast time. Completely Inconvenienced I called the hotel before i made the reservation and was told i would be able to check in immediately. I made the reservation and went to check in and was told that there were no rooms available and no refund could be offered, the clerk called hotels.com to try to clear up the misunderstanding. We decided to roll my reservation over to the next day, where i was promised to be able to check in at 11. i get there at 11 and the staff says i cant check in until 3, i tell them how greatly inconvenienced ... read more

Disappointing Continental breakfast was granola bars and muffins behind the counter. Although there was s kitchen you had to ask for dishes, pans, etc. The hallway smelled. Do not plan to go back.

The worse experiance ever. My wife and I got to the hotel and apparently my reservation didn't go through, but I had a confirmation number. They didn't even have a room ready for us. The front desk service was awful the guy there didn't have a clue what he was doing. We ended up leaving and going back home. Hotels.com needs to refund me my money. The worse experience ever.

No more Extended Stay America's on my list ! Room temp was freezing when I arrived. Outside temp with windchill was in the high teens and heater had not been turned in @ all. Took several hours for the slow heater to finally get the room comfortable. I actually left to make the drive back home due to cold.

Bed Bugs and Dirty Elevator Floors My first night there I was eaten alive by bed bugs. If you stay 3 or more nights you do not get housekeeping, which is ridiculous. I went out and bought Lysol and sprayed the entire bed including the headboard and everything else around the bed. The entire time I was there, they never cleaned the elevator floor which was disgusting. Awful Stay The area is excellent but the hotel itsel awful. I should pay additional $12.00 and stayed in La Quinta that was an excellent choice. Please do Not go here you will regret!
