do not stay hotel is horrid condition. carpets dirty fliirs sticky. guests throwing garbage all over the halls and stairwell. smells horrible, may have something to do with a guest while i was staying throwing dog waste in the hall, on top of trash not inside. common areas are cleaned once a day so if you have had a guest throw a towel that they cleaned their dog waste and thrown the towel next to your door, it wont be cleaned until the next day. trust me, do not stay here.
Unhappy Room smelled terrible, towels were rough sink and shower curtain were discussing. Overall nothing was pleasant.

Worst hotel in years... Family overflow required a recent hotel stay, so we searched for one that had a kitchen and allowed small dogs. Extended Stay America's have never been horrible however this one was from the beginning. Despite a friendly staff, the room smelled horrible, we had to continuously request items such as dishes, pots/pans, silverware, dish soap, etc. apparently with the recent increase in transient workers due to the new toll roads items are being stolen, as we were only provided one roll of toilet paper at... read more

Smoke, smoke, everywhere smoke From the entrance to the office, to the elevator, to the hallways, to my room, everything smelled like cigarette smoke.I had a nonsmoking room yet had to wash everything in my travel bag because it smelled like smoke. The bags of trash piled in the hallway were another nice touch. Needless to say, I won't be back.
Hard to get to and dirty I created a yelp account specifically for this experience. This was absolutely dreadful. There was no attendee at the front desk, our check in date was incorrect and we had to wait 30minutes to get a room key. The room rates were incorrect and blame was put on employees who were not present. When we got to our upgraded room there were no blankets for the stained mattress on the pull out bed.

Stained sheets The place reeked of fried onion. There were yellow stain marks on the bed sheets.
Not clean enough Hotel look really ugly, old with dirty carpets. Need to replace the carpets ASAP.
I won't be back! It was an experience that I hope to never have again! Reservations had been made months in advance, yet they didn't bother to check the heating/ac unit before my arrival. On top of having no heater the first night and no a/c the next morning, the toilet sounded horrible when refilling the tank, the refrigerator sounded like a train when cycling off-the staff was somewhat friendly, but seemed reluctant to provide services until my wife spoke with the "manager" on site and finally, we got the heater/ac replace... read more
