There was an undisclosed pet fee at checkin, and then we found a q tip and baby roach waiting for us in the room. Private adult hairs we also spotted in the bathroom.

Its was very bad ac didn't work
No stay I did not stay. There were no rooms available. My credit card was charged, and I had a confirmation number, but no rooms available. After an hour on the phone, I gave up. The woman at Extended Stay was not helpful either.

They where out of toilet paper had to buy my own and no hot Water

The night clerk told us they were full before she checked for my reservation then found it. There was no hot water in the shower but was hot in the sink. They did not have an ice dispenser.

The “grab and go breakfast” is just coffee. Bathtub leaked the entire 5 days, when brought up to the front desk, they seemed like it was no big deal. Leaking in the tub has created mold around faucet and drain. Door knob broke during stay. General up-keep seemed to be lacking.
