Dump This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. The room had not been cleaned after the last guest and the service staff were ugly about giving my money back. Needless to say I went elsewhere. I will never make a reservation with any Extended America again. Also they made me pay a 100 dollar deposit for making my reservation through Hotels.com.

first, staff gave room 259,when I opened the room, room was dirty without room clearing. I had back to the frond desk to tell her ,no excuse from her, she changed the room 108. I found there is not one light bulb above the sofa.some towels are dirty.this hotel just provide two small pillows and a very thin blanket,I wanted to have more, but nothing I can have.I totally went to front desk three times, that woman was very cold without any smile on her face and any excuse.

Unsatisfactory There was a missing pillow and the one there was flat. There was a lot of hair in the sheets. The toilet was dirty had to go buy my own cleaning products. There wasn’t extra blanket. The cover on the bed was thin like a sheet. I was cold and my neck hurt from the flat pillow.

First room they gave us-we walked in & it looked like someone was already in the room, the bed was turned down like someone just got up. Next room-the blanket was covered with white dog hair. The pillows were very flat & we only got two. We asked for more pillows-they didn’t have any. We asked for another blanket & they only had one left. There was a small roach in a spider web above the door. We only stayed one night & were too tired to complain. Will never stay again.
Worst stay ever This place needs new beds so uncomfortable. Then the door lock messed up and we got locked out of the room. The manager would not answer the phone, was given another room at 12:39 PM and the next morning was told that the repairman was not coming until Sunday to fix the door. I told them that was not acceptable. He showed up 2 hours later. It took him about 15 minutes to fix the door.
This property had bugs, blood on the wall, smelled of stale smoke, stained bedding, and cigarette stains all over.
