I rented a room for one night because I needed to be in the area for work at 0600. When I first walked into the room, it "looked" clean, but then I started to actually look around and found hair on the bedsheets, hair on the pillows, the sheets looked wrinkled as if they were not changed (just remade the bed), the thermostat was set on a very low setting and I could not change it. not worth the money we stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of september 2023. the room was supposed to be non-smoking but everything stank of smoke or a cleaning product that was trying to hid the smoke smell. i paid for breakfast but when we went to the lobby at 8am there was no coffee and 'breakfast' was a couple snack bars. check the photo. there was no one at the front desk to ask what the deal was. the bed was very squeaky and there was small bits of trash in the corner by the AC unit from previous visitors. i com... read more

Room was bad! First of all they gave us a room that was still dirty. The TV was on, left over food on end tables. I went to let them know of it and they gave us another room. That room smelt like I was in a night club. I asked them if they had given us a smoking room. Their reply was, on no, it’s a non-smoking room, we just can’t control what they do in them. So, yes customers smoke in our non-smoking rooms. The floor was dirty, it had crumbs, I’m guessing from the previous stay! We will definitely not be staying there again... read more

TERRIBLE Absolutely terrible. I booked ahead of time and when I got to the location there was NO ROOM AVAILABLE!! Online their check in states until midnight, in person the office hours are until 11pm. I had to run around at midnight trying to find somewhere to stay in a city I have never been to. On top of that they still charged me for the night and customer service is AWFUL. They don’t call back and the representative today gave a non-working number for the front office. Avoid the trouble and stay somewhere else.
