It was supposed to be non-smoking, but the room smelled strongly of smoke. When we asked to move rooms, the did not accomodate and told us we should have let them know before checking in (?). We ended up moving hotels.

The room was not clean and the floor was dirty with food particles.

Don't be tempted by the low price When I arrived, I was provided with a room key to a room which was occupied, and smelled of weed. Upon returning that room key and getting a new key to "the last available room," it smelled like cigarette smoke, the smoke detector was covered in plastic, the bathroom was sticky everywhere, and the linens were soiled. The property is nothing like the photos. Very dirty and seems unsafe.

The Ghetto I actually went back to cancel after walking into the room that smelled terrible. Trash everywhere, dog poo on carpet and a broken window. Very sad condition.

Unfriendly staff and they've charged me again even though the accommodation was paid in full during the time of booking
