Room not clean - manager stayed short staff and she had cleaned rooms - heater not working Heater Changed out at 10:15 pm Called weeks early to confirm front building near office - put me back of building and train whistle every few hours - especially 5:25 am - no sleep for 3 nights - 2nd manager wasn’t polite - refused to move me after 1st night. - each stairwell had several Full trash cans all 3 days.

Poor experience Location was convenient to convention center and a short uber ride. However. When we arrived for checkin at 6pm, we were told that all double rooms were sold out. We were given a double bed with a very uncomfortable fold out couch. The water in the shower was cold. The noise from neighboring rooms was very loud, very late into the night. I would not stay here again.

No cleaning was made during our 2 nights stay. 100USD "safety deposit" had to be made. and unsure if it will returned back. They should be put down from expedia.

Some staff members had a horrible attitude. Lack of professional appearance from staff (wearing wrinkled shirt and with no uniforms). Found sunflower seeds in my bed. Stained towels. No shampoo, conditioner, hand moisturizer, just a bar soap!!! We arrived early and ask to leave our luggage until time to check in. Do NOT stay here! We stayed two hours and left and just ate the cost. I have messaged the hotel and not heard a response. This place was absolutely disgusting. The floors were sticky. There were drops of blood on the bathroom floor next to the tub. There was no soap or amenities of any kind. It smelled like animals. There was also a kitchenette but I’m not quite sure what one would do with the kitchenette. They had no staples that are usually included in a kitchenette (glasses, plates, etc.). So bad I had to leave... Checked in, floor was sticky on the shoes, every time you stepped it literally hear the shoes unsticking, had spray marks over the night tables and phone did not work, had to wiggle line to try to get it working. After 2 hours with the heat on, it did not work and was pushing cold air. Room was starting to get very cold. Had to go to lobby as phone did not work, was greeted by a poor lady that had no idea what she was doing, said she was the laundry girl... They had no substitute rooms, had to leave ... read more

Hair today, gone tomorrow Upon check in, was given a dirty room on the first floor. Hard to get a hold of front desk, so I went to the counter for new sheets. The more we looked at the room, the more filth we saw. We went back to the counter to ask for a new room. After the clerk argued that the room was just cleaned, I mentioned the housekeeper that cleaned must have forgotten the giant popcorn tin above the cabinets, among many other things.
