This property had bugs, blood on the wall, smelled of stale smoke, stained bedding, and cigarette stains all over.

Original Hotel Reservation not honored. Our original booking was with ESA FW Medical Center. When we showed up, we were told our reservation could not be honored. We had to separate from our friends. We had to drive 15 minutes north, to another ESA in Fossil Creek. Upon arrival at ESA Fossil Creek, the system was down and we had to wait for our rooms. There were no restrooms in the lobby. The receptionist was very nice and apologetic. Breakfast was coffee and hot water. No fruit, no oatmeal, just coffee and hot water.

An okay option for a one-day stay I knew I wasn't expecting an amazing hotel, I saw the ratings and some of the comments, we just needed a place to stay after attending a concert, but it was more disappointing than what I saw in the photos online. At first glance, the property is off to the side near the freeway. At night its a little bit dark, but there is some lighting. The building looks old but not falling apart if that makes sense. Property was in terrible condition. Room was dirty. Bugs. Needs MAJOR renovation. Only reason I stayed 2nd night was because there were no other hotels with availability. Owner should be ashamed of the room conditions.

The room was extremely dirty. The floor was wet and there was some sticky substance all over the floor in the bathroom. There was also something splattered all over the floor by the tub and near the kitchenette. Also, the room only came with two of the thinnest pillows I’ve ever seen. When we asked housekeeping about it they said that there were no extra pillows anywhere on the property.

Sleeping with roaches. I would like to ask for refund. There were cockroaches in the kitchen on the counters and the bathroom. I killed at least 20 the first night. The next morning I told the front desk, they said they were shorthanded and could not r me till the next day. I checked back several times, then made sure they had my number and to call when they could move me, they never did. There were gvacant rooms and yet they expected me to be okay sleeping where roaches are living.
