Pro: close to attractions we were visiting. Cons: booked a nonsmoking room but the entire room smelled like an ashtray; carpet was dirty, left your barefeet black; overflowing trash cans sitting at the bottom of the outside stair to get to the second floor.

It was gross. We found cockroaches in the bathroom killed about 5 of them. The outside window was broken and the inside had a air freshers plugged in. The towels we received had dirt on them. It was not a very good experience and not worth the money. I will not stay again.

Unacceptable. The room was completely unacceptable. Gnats found everywhere, even in refrigerator. Linens and towels were stained, kids feet turned black just walking on the carpet. Carpet was torn and dirty. Room was dark. Side tables were sticky. Room had an odor. Pillows were very thin. Not as advertised. Absolutely embarrassed that I booked this room for my young nieces. Should not have allowed girls to stay even one night.

I guess you can say you get what you pay for. Room smelt, AC did not work. Outside trash over flowed under stairs. Nothing worked in my room.

Absolutely the worst;ruined birthday weekend When I checked in they charged my card $400 TWICE by "mistake". Luckily I checked my bank account because the woman at the front desk apparently was still learning the "new system" . When I called to ask for receipts for the refunds of the 2 accidental charges they said they could not provide that until I checked out.
