I'm going to start with the positive. The Hotel was very good about us cancelling our room for our 2nd night and giving us an immediate refund. The hotel is very outdated and rough condition. My pillow smelled so bad of cigarettes smoke I didn't sleep all night and the bathroom was terrible in need of of fires and updating. It had such a gross feel I couldn't get out of there fast enough! Staff was nice.

Checking in was easy no problem, room was decent and ok cleanliness. What was very upsetting it’s house keeping knocking the door at 8 ish in the morning and getting ready to just open the door

The room only had one towel available no hand towel no wash towel just one towel ask the front desk for more towels she mentioned that the person that does laundry wasn’t gonna get there till midnight if I wanted to wait when I got towels the next day they were dingy dirty also the bad smell really bad we went to the store to buy some Lysol spray it all over the bed before we laid on it outlet did not work noisy and trash outside

A dive...don't stay here This hotel was a dive and a ripoff. I was supposed to get a deluxe studio with a sofa bed couch per my reservation. I only was able to get a Studio. Zero amenities for an extended stay hotel. The room had no cooking utensils silverware dishes glasses coffee maker nothing. It was a complete dive that forced me to move to another hotel. Do yourself a favor and book down by the Stockyard Had to wait a half an hour to check in cause the front desk clerk decided to leave to run errands off the property. Non smoking room smelled like someone smoked a full pack every ten minutes over a three day span. The smell was in everything and had to leave the door open for an hour to try to help it air out. It is a nice place if you are running from the law, or if you are homeless and the state gives you a free coupon.
