The bed sheets had so much stain on it the towels has big holes on it had stain on it and the room was dirty and short of staff I had go and get clean towels and bed sheets to cover the all the stains I have the pictures to prove it was awful

Horrible smell like cigarettes in the room.

There were bugs in the shower… they had one pillow in our room, for two people. They used the excuse that they were under new management, but that’s no excuse. The internet doesn’t work, and they had literal random letters typed for my “last name” (part of what you need, to connect to the internet). Spent half an hour on the phone with internet support to be able to connect to the internet, so I could keep up with work and meetings. Erich the only positive for me is i was able to check in early and plenty of parking space. The room is dirty, the towels looks like their dirty, there’s no cup or any kitchen utensils even though we stove, fridge and microwave. I have to go and buy insects spray and spray it all over the rooms specially under the beds that i saw insects crawling underneat. In conclusions, i will Never never book in this hotel.

The room smelled horrible, the beds looked dirty, the floors were dirty and lots of dust and dirt under the beds. We left after the first night.

I have pictures of blook on the bed covers, bugs crawling on the bed, stained sheets. This place was horrible, left and paid a second time for a clean, safe hotel. Would like my money refunded.
