Very dirty and very nasty

Very dirty, lock on door was half way off, sketchy people hanging around late into the night. Did not feel safe. Staff unfriendly and not very helpful. If you want a crap place to stay this is it.

The staff was very friendly and the building/grounds were fine. Abundant parking. Location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. However, our room had a horrible smell and was infested with roaches. Our linens and towels were dirty. When we asked for a refund, we were given a song and dance between Expedia and Extended Stay, each putting the responsibility on the other. it was a $500 lesson in bad business practices.

Rename Extended Stay .. Horrible Stay Booked through you and paid. Hotel charged again a few getting as refund is Impossible. I talked to Warren at hotels and he reassured me that hotels would take care of this. Mgr at hotel is never in and property is moldy and filthy it's a BAD representation for hotels.

The photos make this hotel out to be very clean and comfortable. Not the case. Very basic and dated. The bathroom was dingy. The room is NOT as big as the picture portrays. It says there is breakfast- but BEWARE, they only serve prepackaged oatmeal out of a credenza they open up at the front desk. This stay was NOT worth the money per night.

Awful Roaches roaches roaches Wrong room with not enough beds. Reservations were made ahead of time but manager said extra bed was missing. Ridiculous

Dirty Restroom The restroom was dirty, urine on the seat, no towels or toiletries. The carpet looked as if it had not been vacuumed and when I told the front desk about the restroom I received the answer “we will try our best” as she looked at her phone. Also no breakfast is included as it says in the description and you will end up with the worse back pain.
