Old, dated, musty smelling room. Would not stay again

Dirty property Cob webs on the ceiling. Roaches in the room. Dirty property

The front desk clerk didn’t greet us and made us feel as if we were bothering her. The room we got was filthy and dusty. There was a person laying outside our door who made me feel extremely uncomfortable. We ended up checking out the same night we were to check in and found another facility to stay at.

When I arrived at the hotel it was in the wrong part of town, I did not feel like it was a safe part of town, I asked to see the room before I actually stayed there and the room was not cleaned well the sink had hair and something gross in it I ended up not staying

Rude front desk and worst customer service ever. Worst customer service ever. I've spent thousands of dollars at this hotel when in town for business and will never ever book at Extended Stay again. They lost my reservation a couple times even though I prepaid online and demanded I pay again in person & even though I had the receipts, then AFTER that, they banged on my door twice during the week telling me I had to leave even though I had prepaid for the entire week, and on Friday afternoon I caught a front desk staff person... read more
