Beware of your surroundings I had requested that the two rooms be adjoining or close as possible. The young lady gave us rooms that were far apart from each other. When I entered my room I saw a cup in the restroom and the comforter was stained. Also one of the guest or worker was eyeing our moving truck. I felt unsafe and asked for a refund and we found another hotrl.

Met with a combo wet dog/mold smell when entering the room. Appliances and cabinetry in disrepair. Floors were filthy and not vacuumed. Had to go to the front desk for towels and washcloths-not in room. Creaky noises in the walls kept us up all night.

No breakfast as advertised and not a "breakfast" What "Free Breakfast" as advertised? I spend 3 nights and the only breakfast with coffee and/or hot water. The staff stated the delivery for muffins is behind, so there isn't any breakfast currently. Where is the solution? Have the manager or owner go get some. Secondly, you (manager/owner) would be disappointed if I advertised a Free Breakfast and that meant a muffin and coffee when you found out; you know you would. DISGUSTING terrible. Very expensive. There was blood, nail polish, stains everywhere. Due to low staffing, they were not able to change our sheets. There was hair from the people before us in our bed sheets

There was trash in the room, this place was disgusting. Employee couldn’t even check me in, took over an hour to get in to a terrible room.

Not the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The towels and wash clothes all seemed stained and dirty. The bed felt more like a full than a queen. The customer service desk attendant in the morning of Wednesday the 23rd was really nice.
