booked a week out and day of check in came to find out that the hotel booked my room out to someone else and left me and my family stranded after a 6hr drive. girl at front desk didnt know how to help since it was here 4th day on the job. i called in to verify my stay that morning and was never told my room would be gone. awful experience.

The rooms need a complete renovation. It didn’t not feel clean in my room. Disappointed - let after 1 night and probably would never stay at this chain again. I am expecting fresh linens,l floors clean, and a shower that works — I got neither. Front desk personnel was accommodating (that was the only redeeming quality).

My non-smoking room smelled like a cigar bar the instant I opened the door When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told No, the hotel was completely booked; even though it was mid afternoon and only a few guests had checked in to a room. This Extended stay had a small kitchen with a half cook-top; But no utensils, dishes, glasses, all the drawers and shelves were empty No Ice available; there was an ice tray in the small refrigerator.

I stayed two nights but couldn’t stay the third and left to go to another hotel. The room had roaches and the manager on site wasn’t surprised but also didn’t care (when I complained and then also left early).

Disgusting Hotel Manager Hotel Manager was extremely rude to me. Sat her fat ass on the desk in front of me with her legs spread wide open. I don't want to see that. No-one should ever have to look at that. Absolutely disgusting.I'll never come back. Extremely unprofessional, nasty service.

The last resort..only if you can not find another The room was dirty and several times had to kill bugs/insects which were abundant. The kitchen was very dirty, especially the stove which has not been thoughly cleaned for awhile. Asked for extra pillows and the front desk said there are none...which is BS that they would not have one extra pillow in the hotel! Ironically because of the weekend we paid top dollar for a one star room!

Never again We did not get the type of room we requested and no one could help us so we did not stay. We will pass on extended stay in the future.
