Perfect Location and price What a terrific location! Across the street from the food truck park and instant access to the Trinity River jogging path.

Good enough The rooms are extremely small and cramped.
Room was old. There was a bug. Hair on the bed. If my wife was with me she would have not stayed.

The room smelt awful, everything was old and run down, bed was old shaky. Not suitable for visitors from out of town. Lots of creepy looking people were staying there. Left a day early for safety reasons.. asked for a refund but wasn’t given one.

This is more of a mini apt complex. Our room was dirty. No coffee pot. No ice machine. Mid-sized refrigerator and mini kitchen would be useful but not good for an overnight stay. Stains on table in room also. Front office desk was friendly. Major Construction going on east side of hotel for the rest of 2026! Some seedy characters smoking outside their rooms while we were there. Nice part of town with nice restaurants nearby. Beautiful view of Trinity River and a park but no easy access to running trail.
