DO NOT RECOMMEND Do not recommend!!! As soon I walked in to the office to check in it smelled soooo bad, the smell of marihuana it was so bad it stinked my clothes. The receptionist was coughing so much because of the smoking I couldn’t even understand her. The room was dirty!! There was stains on the beds, hair on the counter, stove, and sink. I got a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarette soooo bad. So much noise, people screaming outside at 3 in the morning I couldn’t even sleep. My stay was terrible!! The worst h... read more

Wrong listing of room, no support to correct! The room listing said it was a suite with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, but when we got there, it was just one bed. There was no sofa or sleeper sofa, and no separate suite or section. When we asked for the correct room, the reception didn't respond or acknowledge the mistake. Very poor experience!

Outside sidewalks and trash dirty. Headboard peeling, refrigerator needs work, bathtub drain bad, bathroom door squeaked, clock was not working and large plastic missing.

Worst experience ever Showed up as planned only to be told there was no room no apologies no empathy told take it up with the third party you booked with end of discussion. My friend was trying to ask for recommendations nothing unprofessional and in accommodating I’d take this hotel off of your site bad for business. The extended stay hotel on Lovell Fort Worth Texas. Oh and the aesthetic was horrible.
