They did not show me to be checked in even after i went to the office to get the key cards scanned.

Shady people living at property lose animals running freely. Evening worker was rude Day manager was really nice even though he wouldn’t give me a full refund for not staying there. He said he had to charge me for the first night.

NOT SAFE Dirty. My key didnt work the 2nd day, my partner asked for a new one (my name was on the account) they didnt ask for ID or verification of anything! He just said the room number and they gave him access! Meaning ANYONE could have just been given free access to my room!!! Not to mention how absolutely disgusting the place was. mattress, linen, and showers need to be re done. ended up getting up and leaving earlier in the AM because it was very uncomfortable as well as the shower (which was too nasty to use) we just left and showered once our business was concluded that evening at another hotel.

First room that I got, the A/C was not working. Front desk was nice enough to change that room to another one. Later at night I found that the shower was not working and I didn't feel like changing again. Some of the lights in the room/bath room were not working. In the bathroom, they're using a table lamb. Overall, the facility was in a very back condition * very disappointing.

Supposed to be a non-smoking room but smelled like a smoking room with cigarette burns all over the bathroom. Carpet was badly stained. It was so nasty. I was just hoping no bed bugs would come out. Asked front desk for a different room cause of how badly it smelled of cigarette smoke but was told they didn’t have another room. I just got a picture of the carpet. Will post it.
