Bad stay. Checked the bed and it had someone's hair on it, looked closely at the sheets and they had not been changed, looked like small wet spots all over the sheets that had dried and dry blood on the comforter. Will not be staying there again.

Friendly staff but not clean The front desk staff for both check-in and check-out was very friendly; zero complaints there. But the facility was run down and not clean. Of course, the price was low. However, I would not stay there again.

Vacation Unexpected fees has to pay $5 each day for refresh towers and $20 addictions each day for Housekeeper to clean room. I'm man with short hair, I notice long hair in the tub and sink. A missed opportunity for ES, the room seem to be just renovated. Sad

So many problems add up Despite the less than positive reviews for the hotel, I decided to give it a try for the price. It was not worth it and I would have been happier at a bare bones Motel 6. Staff was friendly but couldn't make up for the various issues: fleas in our room (the hotel allows dogs and, despite being a dog lover, I now know why that isn't such a good idea), the door to room didn't work (the front desk worker had to run the master key through 10 times before we could get in--they didn't have another room to m... read more

WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN The room was not clean when I took occupancy. There were stains on the mattress, candy wrappers in the corner of the room, and toothpaste on the door knob of the bathroom. I picked up the candy wrappers and cleaned off the door knob (I hope it was only toothpaste!) and then reported the mattress stains to the front desk. Worst continental breakfast ever. There was not continental breakfast. It was simply breakfast treats to take and go. No place to sit down. Coffee tasted like gutter water.

we will not stay in the location again. We only stayed for one night and might as well drove home. During our stay, we can near the next room's blaring sound of TV, then the next room's sound of screaming couple. Few people were drinking in the parking lot at the wee hours of the night. Never again ... if the experience was like what we have, we should have just slept in a cheap motel!

Just don't Extremely incompetent and unprofessional staff. Reminded me of government housing- wouldn't be surprised if it is government owned. Given the location, I thought it would be a decent place, it wasn't. Arrived late and couldn't find the place because the wrong address was used in hotels.com, tried calling the front desk for help, no answer after about 20 minutes of calling, finally find the place and walk in, no one was at the front desk but could hear someone in the back listening to music.
