I don’t recommend this hotel! The sofa bed looked like someone had urinated in it. The desk chair had nasty stains on the seat. The hotel only cleans the room on Fridays, and doesn’t bring fresh towels. The breakfast was just coffee and portable snacks. Oh, and there is a $25 daily charge for pets. They did waive the charge for me, though.

The pictures that are posted on Expedia are not of this property. There's no view of anything other than the parking lot and back of buildings. Rooms are outdated, the breakfast the hotel provides are only packaged muffins and watered down coffee. The hotel rooms are not cozy or comfortable and needs a good deep cleaning. Staff is excellent and amazing.

Not a good place to stay Room smelled horrible. Toilet backed up and they “couldn’t open the maintenance closet”. So I asked what was I supposed to do for the bathroom and they told me to use the first floor bathroom. I was on the 3rd floor. I went and bought a plunger to fix it myself.

Horrible It was probably one of the worst experiences of my life. I will never go back to any locations anywhere nor would I dare recommend this establishment to anyone!

Wrong size room I was given a room with one bed for 4 people. We ended up sleeping on the floor because it was the last room and we arrived late.

not what I expected All the staff were very nice. checking in they said no smoking, and I was given a no smoking room but it had been smoked in. They switched me. The pool was closed waiting for city inspection, but I was not told. I did not know there was only one room cleaning per five days. I have pictures of piled up trash in exit ways on all three floors. Not good It was not great. When I 1st arrived in hot here early receptionist never looked up just said check in was at 3 so I came back they give me a key to a room that was disgusting. The entire night every 30 minutes so kind of machine kept going off light a sledgehammer sound. Not pleasurable I will be contacting corporate. I drove 4 hours from Houston for this. I am recording this awful sound.

small dog left in the room across the hall all day barked non-stop. After dark, all the riff raff came out gathering at the doorway and parking lot. Midnight loud screaming and fighting in the hallways.

not so great... Took way too long to get checked in. The morning staff manager way too inflexible on check-out times. Missing hangers in rooms,missing cups and glasses in rooms.
