Very misleading photos of the hotel 🏨😡 First off the pictures Hotels.com had for this location are misleading and not accurate at all. Had I know this place was going to be that filthy I never would’ve booked my reservation. There were pubic hairs on our pillows! There were mud stain inside the blankets. The couch my kids were suppose to sleep in was all sticky and muddy. My wife and kids woke up with bites (possibly bed bugs). Not so pleasant The AC didn't blow coldfor 2 days. The phone in the room wasn't working, i reported and the guy says no technician on site and i expected it would be attended to but no one did for the duration of my stay. Again, my room wasn't cleaned or sheets changed for 2 days. The power went out on my second day, i went down to reception to know what was happening and i was told it happened the day before, just hang in there, it would be back in 30 min and sure after waiting 30min power was back. I walk in and there is a constant smell of marijuana and cigarettes in the hallways. Trash in hallway floors that still was there the following morning.Then I get to my room... the window is open and there is a weird mold, body odor smell to the room. I close the window, keep in mind anyone could have gotten in the room, and started unpacking. There are several other things noticing now as well and I honestly wish I was exaggerating. I’m very disappointed 😔 This hotel is one of my favorite places to stay. Saturday night I checked in, the room was clean and the staff was very nice. Around 12 midnight things got weird. I heard someone messing with the doorknob. I thought it was a guest who had mistakenly came to the wrong room. Hours later around 3 am some one opened my room door! Thank God I had the safety lock on the door. This freaked me out so bad. I couldn’t believe this happened. I thought I was dreaming, I stayed up all night and left the next morn... read more

It smelled like weed when we walked into the lobby. And there where guest arguing in the hall.

Our shower had visible mold growing on the ceiling and our sheets had horrible stains ans spills all over them.
