Brown Water Hotel Why is the water brown? I went and gor bottled water to brush my teeth and I took a shower at my friends hotel that was staying near by..........I don't wanna hear old pipes.

run down facility The person working the front desk was professional. The room, linens, bathroom, kitchen, window, carpet bedding, drapes were worn out. The room had several unpleasant smells. Stayed one night.

Smelly! Terrible odor in room of fried food. So potent and unpleasant! Glad I didn't spend more than one night.

So disappointed in this hotel!! Never staying there again! Horrible place. Nasty!! Do yourself a favor...if you're staying in that area, pay more and stay at the Holiday Inn in Taunton. At least their place is classy. Extended Stay is where nightmares are made of. I felt gross just being in the room. So disappointed in their rooms.

Gross shower, bed = horrible; dry = bloody nose GROSS...never recommend and a waste of $; air so dry we woke up with bloody noses, queen beds only and extremely uncomfortable

Not a good choice The room I was given smelled like a bar room full of smokers. It was impossible to find a clean breath of air let alone clean bedding. We refused to stay their as we knew it was unhealthy. We turned around and drove home. If Expedia expects to maintain a credible resource for travelers I would suggest to check out your hotels before you tell everyone how great they are.

Foxboro: Pats Game We booked 2 hotel rooms through Expedia.com. Didn't realize the rooms were smoking which was NOT what we wanted. When we arrived, Linda was at the desk. When she went over the room stay, she informed us that we booked smoking rooms. I said to her that we didn't want smoking rooms as we didn't smoke! She got very defensive and said that she didn't have any non smoking rooms as she was completely booked and if we had an issue we needed to take it up with Expedia. Tres mauvaise experience. Personel brusque et je comprends qu'il ne restais que des chambres fumeurs, mais la chambre etait degeux et l'odeur insuportable.

horrible stay Over all would never stay here again. Bathroom smelled of urine and not clean, over all room had a odd smell, no cups or toiletries in room....not a good place to stay! Was very happy to leave in the morning!
