Terrible experience do not stay here This hotel seem staffed by lazy people. When I originally asked for some place in a coffee maker they told me to bring it up myself. The room is crammed and they do not clean daily in fact it and clean it all the three days I was there. New look Breakfast was awful you can't even call of breakfast a few over ripe oranges some sugary breakfast bars and the coffee they didn't even have half and half for milk it was terrible I would not stay here again

Terrible My room was a smoking room which I did not ask for. Whole floor stunk. Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast had stale care and rotten fruit. Coffee with no half n half. When asked the attendant at desk je sis not say sorry but company survey said people don't want it.

The smelliest hotel in the world We went up to the second floor to our room. The hall smelled like a wet dog with a cigar problem. The windows were covered in smoke. The ashtray was still dirty from the previous customer. The bed and bedding were so foul that the smell transferred to my clothing. We left after an hour never to return to the hotel again. My clothing and bag smelled of smoke as well, and they were on the floor.

Disappointed. Booked this hotel through Expedia's "mystery special". The room turned out to be a smoking room with a single queen bed (traveling with my 83 year old mother). The hotel was full and no other rooms were available, so our only recourse was to stay or forfeit $$. The entire third floor is for smokers and the stench was horrible. Not sure who to blame - Expedia or Extended Stay, but it seems to me that one should be able to assume all rooms offered are non-smoking unless otherwise requested.

Don't be fooled by the ratings on this one Don't be fooled by the ratings on this one, this place isreally really really bad, it smells like pot marijuana in the hallways the rooms are not very nice sheets and blankets are bad bathroom is not great , hallways are rundown hotel staff is kind of obnoxious and there was about 15 Men having a barbecue out of the building garbage all over the place .

bed bugs The staff was professional & the hotel was clean enough but they didn't have a cable channel that was on the guide & we wanted to watch & there were bed bugs. The hotel couldn't compensate me for the stay because I booked through hotels.com but they did compensate me for the dog deposit.

Terrible Odor I expected a better room for the 94.00 price and it would have been better if they cleaned the room
