Don't forget your license! I arrived after 10pm and did not have my drivers license with me as I left it on the photocopier earlier that day. The front desk clerk refused to check me despite me offering to have a picture of an ID emailed or texted. I ended up driving back home for 3 hrs for a few hrs of sleep to immediately return to Boston early the same morning. Simply unbelievable that such inhospitable service still exist. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Bare bones It provided no amenities or services...just a room....

Had only smoking room, which for a non smoker not good. Room was clean, but needed toilet paper paper cups etc

not so great Extended Stay hotels are not what they used to be. Seems they have settled on a certain clientele (traveling trade workers)and do not want to keep places up to a better standard. I used to use this chain when I traveled for work years ago. Seems they have not be updated in a long time. Only came here because everything else in area full.

Lack of service The stay was alright. The 3 days I was there my room was never cleaned nor was my useables replenished. Got there late at night, very tired and there was no one to be found to check me in. Had to search for a phone and call someone that took 10 min to come. The hostess had no remorse and wasn't very helpful. Probably won't stay here again

I was not impressed. The breakfast was sparse, and very unhealthy choice of creamers used. The room appeared to be clean, but the kitchen floor was filthy ( I spilled water and mopped it up) and the shower curtain was stained yellow. I will not stay here again, I was very disappointed.I paid $150.00 for the room.

Continental Breakfast sucks My first shock was when i checked in that night i have to wait for the front desk lady for a while i was calling for but no response after a sometimeshe shows up. There is no coffee maker in the room there is no coffee shop neither near by they give coffee maker only on demand. Continental Breakfast is really mislead me to book this hotel. Never Stay Here You open your room door and are greeted with a glaring fluorescent bar light above you. The cheapest materials are used for the faux kitchen area. The bed has basically a colored sheet as its blanket and is so uncomfortable that you'll be lucky to get an hour or two of sleep. ...an atrociously poor hotel, felt unclean overall and ridiculously out of date, and just poor. Highly unrecommended

Worst experience yet! Went to my room and there were cigarette butts on the floor. Asked for a new room. After a few hours I got in bed only to see brown coffee like stains on the sheets and comforter. The walls were stained and had goo on them. This is about a $30/night hotel that charges $120. I do not recommend and will not stay at any extended stays. Hotels.com was able to get me a full refund and put me in another hotel. Thank you hotels.
