Not as nice as I hoped. Smallish room, and not so clean or updated. I’ve stayed in an Extended Stay American in Westlake Ohio that was much nicer and laid out differently.

Natasha checked me in and she was amazing!!! She made check in so easy and despite me having some issues, she got me in and settled with ease.

Good hotel close to shopping and dining I can not complain about my stay. The room was clean, smelled clean, and the bed was decent. It is a value hotel so looking at it from that perspective, it was a good stay. I appreciate the kitchenette, the only thing I wish they had was a toaster oven but it is not a deal breaker. The staff was friendly and accommodating and there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. It is close to the highway which makes getting around easy .

Just a place to flop. I've stayed in Frederick 5 or 6 times. I accidentally booked this place by mistake, but no big deal,short visit to grandkids. We were given the leys,polite check in, to our non smoking room. It really Wreaked of tobacco smoke!!. Had to get another room. We got in the room,the toilet was clogged up. I tried to call the desk, phone didn't work. Went to the front desk, and was handed a plunger. Nice,right? Clock was broken too. They try to keep it clean, but it's outdated.
