The passage way was not swept or cleaned two day straight, with leaves and dirt all over the floor, which is indicative of overall facility maintenance. I can't understand how you won't swept or vacuum hallways for two days- saw papers, dirt and leaves on the spot for days. No-smoking policy unenforced with elevator and hallways smelling of smokes and weed smells.

The entire hotel smells like mould. This is not a clean hotel. I immediately had hives after sitting in their recliner. Slept with my clothes on over the sheets and I'm not a germaphobe in any way. Some guests live there all the time. My neighbors expected compkete silence after 10pm and kept banging on the wall everytime I made the slightest noise. Room 202 desperately !!!!!! Need a new mattress. Room 202 should have kitchen utensils. Should be able to get hard copy of bill even if booked through Expedia. Not the quality of an IHG hotel brand. Very disappointing

Its not a hotel for me that travel anymore. Its like apartment building with everyone living there with there dogs. No carpet on the floors. No rugs.

Walk away. The moment we walked into this building we should have turned around and walked out. We checked in, our deadbolt on our room door was snapped in half. The stove looked like it was from the 80s. The room smelled of mildew and sweaty socks. We asked for a refund because we did not feel safe and were denied. Do not stay here.
