Dated and cleanliness subpar. Floor sticky. I used Clorox wipes to clean it and it was filthy!! Stale smoke odor in room. Very uncomfortable bed. Drapes old and hooks broken. Will not stay again.

Prices too high for what you get (nothing) When they say breakfast, they mean coffee, instant oatmeal, and granola bars. It took the one person checking in guest over 20 min to check in the two in front of me(didn’t help that the first customer could not understand a word spoken to her -employees please be able to speak clearly to communicate with your customers and not be frustrated when customer doesn’t understand you.) I have many pictures that I took of the bathroom, dust ruffles around the bed chair at desk and the floor was very dirty. I walked around in my white socks for a few minutes and they are filthy. I felt this room other than the beds was unfit for human habitation. I’m going to send copies of my pictures to your corporate office or to whoever is in charge of Extended Stay of America.

Not for me Unfortunately, I was seeking a hotel to stay for 2 weeks. The room smelled horrible as well as the hallways. The bed was not a queen size bed, maybe a double and very uncomfortable. The refrigerator, stovetop and cabinets were disgusting. The bathroom toilet was loose, the shower curtain was dirty.
