Maintenance is an issue We noticed that the faucets in both the sink and the tub for our room did not function properly. Also, we found trash underneath our bed from previous guests. The room was clean and the staff were cordial, but they are definitely skimping on housekeeping and maintenance. The bed itself was comfortable and the linens and towels were fine.

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. Dirty rugs in the entire building. building and rooms smell really bad. the smell wont let you sleep. you can do better for the price. trust me. stay away

Stole my clothes and belongings. Stayed there for a week + 1 day. The weekly housekeeping staff left the door unlocked. When I came back to the hotel I complained to hotel staff. They did nothing and later I realized a few of my belongings were missing. Will never go back to this place.
The pictures make it look nice. The pictures of this place make it look like it's really nice. Far from the truth. I booked this through Expedia (which I will never use again) and was placed in a smoking room and not by choice. In fact when I booked the hotel there were no choices for that and in this day in age what state still allows that. If I need towels, return old towels to Front desk, then replace them myself. When I regiseter, breakfast was included, only Apple, orange and muffins that was all.

would not stay again Initially checked us in to an unmade up room, had to change rooms. Requested extra blankets, they were thin and had holes in them, upon checking further - all of the blankets, even the ones on the bed had holes in them. No ice machine. Kitchenette in room, nothing in drawers or cupboards - you have to rent items to use. After leaving for the day and returning late at night found our room had not been made up - beds not made, towels and soap not changed. Not a nice hotel to stay at The staff wasn't helpful or friendly at all and the bed in the room was a disgrace, I will definitely never go back to this Hotel again
