Don't stay here This hotel was very loud - including fire alarms that go off every 2 weeks in the middle of the night. There were also lots of strange sounds. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. The front desk clerk said more would be brought but this did not happen. When the guest went down to get a washcloth the clerk brought him only one. Almost like a mystery movie Concierge was rude. Hotel staff did not clean room. Seemed like no one at this locations does anything but hang out. Found Blood in the bed sheets. I asked for the room to be cleaned and it wasn't. Told them about the blood and they said they would change the sheets. Came back after they said they would clean and nothing was done. No gym, no pool, nothing There are no amenities here regardless of what it says in the hotel profile. There's no gym, no pool, no racquetball court, etc. I got lucky and got upgraded to an apartment because the other rooms were sold out. The apartment was impressive and even included a washer and dryer.

Urine soaked matress The only positive feedback was Aldo at the front desk understood that putting guest in a stinky room with a urine soaked matress was not cool. When I arrived the bed was mad. I had business to attend to til evening and when I arrived back my room mate said smell the blanket. It reaked of onion or something. The bed spread stunk as well. Bad experience The room was very dusty like nobody stayed there in awhile and the kitchen area was still greasy the sink faucet had oily hand prints and the counter top. The bathroom sink had the same. No garbage can in the room at all. The bath tub wasn't cleaned. So me and my wife clean up. No ventilation in room. So I got sick allergies because it was dry and dusty. I didn't enjoy our stay at all and my conference. This place had really no amenities. Grab and go breakfast? That's so motel 6

Never Again Room smelled awful, air conditioning/heater unit was INCREDIBLY loud, shower caulking had mold on it, bathroom sink fixtuplashes from previous guest, bed was hard as a rock. Biggest complaint is that of the two rooms I reserved (one for my colleauge too,) BOTH reserved as NON-SMOKING, only one was such. Was told be front desk, had no more rooms. My Stay at the hotel The entrance to the hotel is hidden and obscured by the brush and very difficult to find. There were holes in the bed spread. There was no hot water for tea for breakfast on two occasions and I had to alert the front desk. The muffins, oatmeal and the fruits were GREAT!

Do not book with this hotel I would not recommend this hotel to any guest. The staff are not helpful and only want to take your money. Be sure to check your confirmation emails prior to checking into the hotel otherwise they refuse to refund you your money even though your confirmation states a specific type of room. The hotel booked a smoking room when we specifically booked a non-smoking room. They refused to change the reservation and refund the money. There were smoke buds on the floor everywhere. Old building with subpar cleaning My room wasn't cleaned properly before my arrival. There was trash left in the drawers, the room smelled like food the previous customer left and there was still hair in the bathtub. I showed up around 6pm so it was not as if the cleaning crew was in a rush to clean the room so that I could check in. There was another issue with the shower.
