Not worth the price The check in staff was friendly enough. The room was disappointing, very outdated and grimey. The pillows had to be at least 10 years old, my room was not cleaned the second day, I had asked the front desk for clean towels and was told sharply to come get them myself. The next morning I noticed Housekeeping and asked for ONE towel. I was told no, and to go get them myself from the front desk. I chose this hotel because of breakfast in the morning, but there were few muffins & snack bars. No coffee makers in the room. rooms are very small. I thought It would be like Holiday Inn. I stayed two nights, I would not stay here again.Kids were complaing about smell in room. Asian lady at the reception was helpful and friendly.

mal servicio Fue una muy mala experiencia,me dieron un cuarto con el aire acondicionado arruinado y la temperatura estaba a mas de 90 grados,uego me cambiaron de cuarto y resulta que me lo entregaron sin toallas,a media noche baje a la recepcion en busca de agua y no tenian,ni por lo menos una maquina para poder comprar,la verdad esta para no volver.

最悪、二度と止まりたくない! ベッドメイキング週1回と言いながら約束を破る。これはExtended Stay SJでも同じであった。フロントの担当者の9割が不親切。コインランドリーを使おうとしてフロントへ両替を頼んでもないと言う。食事はほぼマフィンのみの割にホテル代が高い。二度と泊まりたくない!
