Horrible service & hotel. Way overpriced for the cleanliness of the room, not to mention I had bugs in mine and have videos to prove it. Front staff was very unprofessional and did not make checking in very pleasant.

Horrible hotel dirty, no cleaning service, poor breakfast, never never come again, expensive for such service..

I asked for assistance to call a 800 number to at&t to get my phone working and the phone in my room was locked because they never checked me in, I was there 6 hours. I would not stay at this hotel ever again.
Mirage great looking hotel, hallways and room smelt like curry. nice staff
Not a nice hotel Customer service is lousy. Room heater was not working. Lodged a complaint with conceirge but no one came to attend.
Bed really hard, closet had 1 door missing, breakfast wasn't only coffee and packaged cupcakes

Horrible Stayed 3 nights different rooms first room my 1 1/2 found a condom and wrapper side of bed, hotel management never apologize but said we have once a week cleaners that come in... Dirty Dirty, bed had stains on sheets, restroom towels had stains, shower was not cleaned near drain, drawers had gang writing inside of them, A/C unit had inside unit wires exposed.
