Old and smelly room had a old musty smell , including the furniture. pillow were so flat, i had to use three to make up one.shower faucet had a leak. so all night we heard the drip sound. never again will i stay at this extended stay. regards

Dirty. Out dated and poor service. Talk about staying in the 70s. Took me 10 minutes to get in my room upon checking in because no one informed me to lift the handle up. Room had hairs all over the toilet see when I got in the room and the bed dropped almost to ground when sitting. Hotel team sarcastic and unfriendly when I went down stairs about door not opening. Oh and no service to the room if staying less then a week! Will never ever stay here again. Worst hotel/motel stay in my life.

If you're desperate It was so depressing. I stayed last minute as I was working late and didn't want to drive 1 hour home, so I grabbed something cheap but still, supposedly, reasonably rated. The front desk area was like they were booking criminals. The room smelled like sweat, there were dead spiders in the tub, the toilet had some dark residue. I was afraid to touch anything. The room smelled and got changed to another and the door wouldn’t open! Over all omg :(

サービスが悪い 3泊したが、ベッドメイキング、タオル交換、掃除、石鹸・シャンプーの追加等一度も無かった。 洗面の排水口の蓋が壊れていたため、 水が溜まって流れにくい。 朝食は マフィンとインスタントオートミールだけ。コーヒーはぬるい。税込一泊2万円払って サービス0なので、次は無いです。

Refrigerator was very noisy and couldn't sleep well. Bathtub shower head was whistling and noisy and very disturbing. Drainage was not properly going but when complained somebody fixed that one. There were no plates, spoons, folks, or glasses in the kitchen.

a/c too loud-breakfast --kitchen no pots-plates-utencils- nothing- door didn't lock when you left--WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN

Stay away!! This hotel is atrocious. When stepped into the elevator I was greeted with the lovely stench of pot. After getting to my floor, I was greeted by a hall full of heaping garbage bags at every door. My room was musty smelling. I had the fortune of being woken up by a "neighbour" at 4:00am - she apparently thought it was ok to be obnoxiously loud on her phone call while the rest of us suffered.
