it is bare bones and dirty. No carpet in the rooms?

Unhappy The laminate floor in the kitchen in room 311 was uneven. There was a toothpaste stain on a bath towel from previous customer. The pillows are flat. There was urine in the toilet when we checked into our room. The toilet water runs and makes noises at night. The WiFi is slow. Very unhappy and will not stay at this hotel again.

The room appeared to be clean but blankets were dirty and stained. There were ants in the bathroom and they were not able to send anyone to clean them.

Eh.... Room was clean but not very inviting. Kitchen had no supplies. Hard wood floors were hard to get used to in the cold weather. You can't control the temperature from the room even though the unit is there and has control knobs. We kept going from freezing cold to sweating from the heat. We only saw the staff at the front desk when we checked in. Every other time we walked in and out, no one was there. Pretty no frill hotel. But very expensive for what you get.

Made a reservation through Hotels.com a few days in advance. I got to the hotel at approximately 11:00pm local time. Upon arrival I was told the hotel was completely booked and that I would have to go to another Extended Stay about 10 miles away. Horrible experience, I left and booked at the Marriott next door!

Cheap hotel Well it was really loud and I kept on getting woken by other guests. Also the TV didn’t work for two of my days

Atenção no item café da manhã Ótimo hotel, gostei muito, porém me senti enganado no item café da manhã. No hotel havia apenas a jarra de café, com bolinho e barrinha de cereal. Entendo que exista diferença de culturas, porém como a reserva foi apresentada em português e dizia "café da manhã incluso", nos leva a entender algo muito diferente do apresentado.

Ok room, but they charged me for 2 nights and I was only staying one. Incurred overdraft fees because of this. Will NEVER stay here again.
